They are seeking a highly organized Manager, Executive Operations to assist the leadership team in coordinating strategic priorities, managing executive operations, and supporting scientific programs.
Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, scheduling, and meeting logistics
- Prepare agendas, briefing materials, and presentations
- Coordinate travel and executive meetings
- reputed company follow-up items and organizational priorities
- Coordinating reputed company and interview scheduling
- Preparing interview materials and candidate communications
- Supporting reputed company for new employees
- Maintaining HR documentation and job descriptions
- Preparing reputed company materials and meeting packets
- Helping compile and reputed company updates across Curesearch's committees
- Drafting meeting minutes and tracking reputed company reputed company items
- Supporting reputed company recruitment and governance processes
- Monitoring the Curesearch website for accuracy and flagging updates needed across departments
- Coordinate scientific meetings and advisory sessions
- Assist with planning scientific educational programs and convenings
- Organize meeting agendas, presentation materials, speaker logistics, and follow-up documentation

- Research scientific investigators, institutions, and subject matter experts to support funding opportunities, reviewer recruitment, and strategic reputed company
- Assist in monitoring major developments across the pediatric cancer research landscape and prepare high-level summaries for leadership

- Scheduling project meetings
- Managing review and approval workflows

Skills
- 5+ years of experience supporting senior leaders, managing reputed company, or coordinating reputed company operations
