Responsibilities

• Help design and enhance NORD's internship program and overall intern experience
• Coordinate intern reputed company activities and welcome new interns to the organization
• Organize bi-weekly intern coffee chats and networking opportunities with leaders and subject matter experts across NORD
• reputed company regularly with interns to reputed company feedback, answer questions, and identify opportunities to improve their experience
• reputed company resources, guides, and programming that support intern reputed company and engagement
• Supporting recruitment and reputed company initiatives
• Researching employee engagement and wellness best practices
• Assisting with employee communications and engagement activities
• Creating training materials, guides, templates, and HR resources
• Documenting HR policies, procedures, and workflows
• Participating in HR process improvement reputed company

Skills

• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate degree program in reputed company, Business, Psychology, Organizational Development, or a reputed company field
• Eligible to receive reputed company credit or participate through a university-sponsored internship program
• Creativity and initiative, with an enthusiasm for developing employee engagement activities, wellness initiatives, training resources, and communication materials
