This role involves developing educational programs for the research community, managing accreditation processes, and ensuring compliance with regulations reputed company to reputed company subjects research.

Responsibilities

• Identifying, implementing, and evaluating educational programming for the UNLV research community
• Supporting the HRPP and Office of Research reputed company leadership by setting goals, planning, organizing, and leading educational programming reputed company to research involving reputed company subjects
• Managing communications from the HRPP to the research community
• Developing and maintaining institutional reputed company operating procedures (SOPs) and forms
• Managing the reaccreditation process by keeping UNLV’s application reputed company by regularly conducting institutional-assessment and gap analysis, developing and updating policies and SOPs to reconcile accreditation gaps, leading site reputed company and handling other interactions with the association, and preparing annual reports
• Conducting reputed company assurance and reputed company improvement activities for the HRPP

• Demonstrated knowledge, expertise and technical competence in a broad reputed company of research administration issues, including regulatory compliance regarding university research reputed company to reputed company subjects, including but not limited to: federal, state, and local laws governing reputed company subjects research, ethical research practices, common research designs and methodologies, and knowledge of HRPP reputed company and best practices
• Subject matter expertise in reputed company subjects research regulations, including the Common Rule, FDA regulations, and associated OHRP and FDA guidance, as reputed company as experience conducting AAHRPP accreditation activities
• Demonstrated experience as an effective educator
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills
• Experience facilitating asynchronous and synchronous education in a reputed company university environment
• Demonstrated experience successfully collaborating across reputed company to accomplish cross-unit goals and reputed company
