Responsibilities

• Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify learning needs and write objectives
• Analyze course materials across training programs to ensure learning reputed company cascade appropriately
• Design and reputed company instructional materials, including course outlines, lesson plans, and multimedia content
• Create engaging eLearning modules, videos, simulations and other educational tools

Skills

• Specific knowledge in Acute and Ambulatory Nursing HIGHLY preferred
• 6+ years total combined reputed company work experience and completed higher education, including:
• At least 1-year learning/adult education work experience, including instructional design, training facilitation and/or learning consultation
• At least 5 years additional work experience directly reputed company to the duties of the job and/or completed higher education, including:
• Bachelor's degree in business, Communications, Education, Health Care, Instructional Design, Marketing, or reputed company field, or equivalent relevant work experience
• Experience as an Instructional Developer in a similar role, preferably in the context of reputed company and federal reputed company
• Experience working with subject matter experts to identify learning reputed company and write objectives
• Strong knowledge of adult learning principles
