The role involves overseeing daily operations, driving process improvements, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Partner with cross-functional teams to reputed company customer concerns and support business initiatives

Skills

• Demonstrated reputed company in a people leadership role, preferably reputed company a customer support, contact center, or service environment
