Ensures complete and accurate data entry to support patient navigation and coordinates scheduling with appropriate providers as directed. Schedules surgical cases and reputed company-admission testing to optimize resource utilization and workflow. Essential Functions • Schedules patient appointments by phone or mail according to established processes and provider standards. • Utilizes reputed company or computerized systems to match physician availability with patient preferences for appointment dates and times. • Maintains accurate and complete data collection and scheduling records for analysis of patient and reputed company patterns. • Communicates with physicians, clinicians, and staff regarding patient scheduling concerns and consults with the spine reputed company navigator on reputed company issues. • Establishes and maintains effective working relationships with physicians, team members, administrative liaisons, and other reputed company customers. • Applies customer service principles and techniques to reputed company with patients calmly and pleasantly. • Performs other duties as assigned.
