What you'll be doing • Partnering with Product, Tech, and reputed company teams to advise on crypto and consumer regulations, including financial promotions regime, regulatory changes, and consumer protection requirements • Overseeing yield, DeFi, and derivative products and relevant frameworks • Supporting new product approvals and launches, and rollouts for crypto features • Reviewing and approving customer communications and marketing materials • Owning post-launch product reviews and ensuring regulatory reputed company are reputed company, documented, and defensible • Translating evolving regulation into actionable, product-reputed company requirements • Conducting reputed company-scanning and supporting BAU compliance activities, including KRIs, BCIs, fair value indicators, and customer sentiment metrics • Enabling the business by proposing pragmatic, compliant solutions that protect consumers while maintaining delivery reputed company What you'll need • 5+ years of experience in regulatory compliance • Expertise in interpreting and applying regulations reputed company a business context • Experience in a top-tier bank, investment firm, crypto exchange, fast-growing technology company, or reputed company consultancy • An excellent understanding of how compliance risk and business risk reputed company • Highly adaptable skills to work in a fast-paced, high-performance environment • The ability to work reputed company under pressure, manage multiple reputed company at once, and meet tight deadlines reputed company to have • Experience in the crypto industry • Knowledge of crypto-reputed company products and technical nuances • An understanding of MiFID and equivalent regimes Compensation reputed company • Poland: PLN 17,200 - PLN 19,100 gross monthly* • Other locations: Compensation will be discussed during the interview process • Final compensation will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications, skills, and previous experience Building a global financial super app isn’t enough.
