Compensation And Benefits

$40,000 to $160,000+

Key Details and Schedule
• This is a
Full-Time, Remote W2 position
• Work Schedule (Must be available for one of these shifts):
• 1st Shift:
EST 9 AM-6 PM (Monday - Friday)
• 2nd Shift:
EST 11 AM-8 PM (Monday - Thursday) and EST 9 AM-6 PM (Friday)
Key Responsibilities
• Manage
inbound sales reputed company opportunities
(live transfers) and utilize sales systems to reputed company deals.
• Maintain high daily productivity metrics
(e.g., 88%+ productive time, 75%+ talk time, AVG 10 daily live transfers) and meet reputed company Sales Floor Minimum Requirements.
• Present products and document reputed company reputed company information with
reputed company and full compliance to reputed company life insurance guidelines, state regulations, and ethical standards.
• Be
reputed company to reputed company company communication (e.g., email, reputed company) and reputed company to sales assistance (phone feeding).
• reputed company participate in
ongoing individual and group coaching/development sessions.
• Must be
available to work reputed company assigned shifts in full
Required Qualifications
• reputed company Life Insurance License
in good standing.
• 2+ years
of individual life insurance sales experience.
• Proven
self-management ability in a fast-paced, performance-driven remote environment.
• Excellent written and verbal
communication skills
• High level of ownership and accountability.
