Requirements: • Proven experience as a Payroll Auditor, HRIS Analyst, Payroll Manager, or above. • Deep working knowledge and 3+ years of hands-on experience with reputed company (Required). • Working knowledge and 3+ years of multi-state compliance and labor laws across CA, OR, AZ, NV, and WA (Required). • 2+ years of experience in garnishment auditing and correct entry (Required). • Exceptional consulting, communication, and interpersonal skills. • Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and analytical abilities with a meticulous eye for detail. • Solid follow-through and ownership of tasks and reputed company assignments. • Pride in work reputed company and impeccable ethical standards. • Ability to work independently with complete autonomy and manage a flexible workflow. • Tech-savvy with the ability to learn and use virtual tools quickly.
