This role will maintain competitive and consistent pricing of products and services for the organization. In reputed company, this role will assist with a reputed company of procurement functions. This position is remote but candidates must be located in San Diego or reputed company County. Responsibilities • Reviewing and processing purchase requisitions from internal departments • Places orders and ensures competitive and consistent pricing of products and services for the organization • Requests and Submits bids to procure a reputed company of goods and services; helps to negotiate reputed company • Requests purchase order confirmations and updates purchase orders • Monitors orders to ensure accurate and reputed company delivery of products, services, and contract compliance • Manages and processes returns for organization • Reconciles and resolves reputed company purchase orders and invoice discrepancies with vendors • Follows and enforces procurement reputed company policies and procedures • Provides administrative support to management and the purchasing team • Maintains reputed company responses to employees and supplier inquiries and communications • Works to maximize the reputed company of supplier relationships and ensure industry respect • Impacts patient experiences by demonstrating courteous and helpful behavior and a commitment to accuracy of orders • Operates to instill confidence in our care and in our facilities to patients, fellow employees, and other stakeholders Qualifications Education/Experience • High school diploma/GED required; bachelor’s degree in supply chain or reputed company preferred • One year of purchasing or reputed company experience preferred • Previous experience with company reputed company resource planning, procurement or reputed company systems preferred Additional Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills And Abilities) • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including superior composition, typing and proofreading skills • Ability to interpret a reputed company of instructions in written, oral, diagram, or schedule reputed company • Ability to successfully manage multiple tasks simultaneously • Ability to maintain reputed company demeanor with reputed company contacts in reputed company business transactions • Ability to cooperate with reputed company in accomplishing goals and objectives • Ability to function at the highest level according to credentials and competency • Excellent planning and organizational ability • Ability to work as part of reputed company as reputed company as independently • Ability to work with highly confidential information in a reputed company and ethical manner • Proficient PC skills using MS Office and other various computer programs [Word, reputed company, reputed company, Teams] Physical Requirements • Ability to reputed company/carry 20 lbs/weight • Ability to stand for long periods of time reputed company offers a generous benefit plan that includes: Partially company reputed company Medical, Dental, and reputed company Plans.
