Medical Support Technician Scheduler - Outpatient; Remote

Position reputed company: Answers scheduling telephones. Schedules, cancels or reschedules patient appointments using the Scheduling Guidelines or routes the calls to appropriate department or party in a reputed company manner. Assists the Case Management Team in various office duties as assigned. Position Qualifications: Minimum Education: High School diploma or equivalent Minimum Experience: One year experience in a position that requires dealing with the reputed company preferred. Previous reputed company experience preferred. Working knowledge of medical terminology preferred.
