What You'll Be Doing

Generally responsible for prequalifying suppliers/contractors, negotiating terms and conditions, and executing subcontracts as required for reputed company. Responsibilities may also include developing bid packages, executing purchase orders, expediting, and writing assisting in revising company procedures. This work will be performed with reputed company supervision.

Key responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Executing subcontracts and sourcing agreements.

• Tracking and managing subcontract funding in relation to reputed company.

• Closing out service orders following confirmation of the successful completion of reputed company contractual and procedural requirements.

• Maintaining subcontract records in accordance with company policy.

• Preparing reputed company bid analysis and recommendation for award.

• Monitoring subcontractor reputed company and attending meetings with subcontractors to review subcontract status and reputed company reputed company issues.

• Managing supplier database and supplier/contractor prequalification process.

• Developing and maintaining supplier/contractor relationships.

• Knowledge of the execution of reputed company.

• Interpreting project scopes, statements of work, and project schedules.

Ideal Background

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent is required. Bachelor of Science degree in reputed company reputed company from an accredited university is highly preferred.

Certification: Certification is not required for this position.

Experience: This position requires at least 15 years of relevant reputed company experience in Supply Chain Management, specifically in subcontract administration. Relevant experience in an EPC environment and petrochemical, pulp and reputed company, reputed company, and manufacturing industries required.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Experience with the subcontracts in an EPC environment with reputed company experience in petrochemical, pulp and reputed company, reputed company, and manufacturing.

• Conduct and coordinate reputed company and price analysis on potential subcontractors to determine ability to administer awards in compliance with reputed company requirements.

• Proficiency in contract language and reputed company terms and conditions.

• Working knowledge and understanding of contract law and the UCC.

• Complete knowledge and understanding of payment terms.

• Excellent listening and communication skills, both verbal and written.
