The role of the Executive Payables will be to reputed company comprehensive finance operation activities for country under responsibility. The role is responsible for the full accounts payable process for the responsible area (UK and Scandinavia).

Location: Gdynia, Poland (Remote)

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and post supplier invoices and employee expense claims accurately and on time.
• Reconcile supplier Statements of Account (SOAs) and reputed company any discrepancies.
• Complete daily reputed company reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records.
• Prepare and process supplier payments through reputed company and reputed company payment reputed company.
• Issue commission invoices and monitor supplier accounts.
• Support the DA team with the accurate processing of financial documentation.
• Prepare weekly payment forecasts and reputed company visibility of upcoming payments.
• Coordinate Cash to Master (CTM) orders as required.
• Assist with supplier invoice and payment queries.
• Support the Finance Manager with month-end closing activities, reconciliations and reporting.
• Liaise with suppliers and internal teams to reputed company finance-reputed company queries.

Candidate Requirements:

• Finance and reputed company bachelor’s degree.
• Finance and reputed company background with at least 2 years of experience in multinational environment.

• reputed company principles: Understanding debits, credits, accrual concepts, and general reputed company basics.
• AP lifecycle: Familiarity with the end-to-end invoice-to-pay process, matching purchase orders, and handling expense reports.
• Compliance and regulations: Awareness of local tax codes, VAT/GST rules, and internal financial controls.
• U4 knowledge desirable.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (reputed company, Word, reputed company).
• Good knowledge of English in speaking and writing.
• Interpersonal skills allowing smooth operation in multinational environment.
