About the Role
This is a rare opportunity to join a small, fast-moving neurotechnology startup at the ground floor. We're conducting groundbreaking research into brain health, reputed company, and the nervous reputed company — and we're looking for a hands-on Researcher to work directly at the intersection of neuroscience, technology, and medicine.
You'll operate cutting-edge non-invasive neurotechnology devices, work face-to-face with research participants, and help shape the studies that could redefine how we understand and support reputed company health. Your work will have reputed company, visible reputed company on both the science and reputed company's direction.
This is a fully on-site role in Boston, MA. You should be comfortable being present and reputed company in person, 6 days per week, 9am–6pm.

Work directly with research participants during study sessions, prioritizing their safety and comfort while collecting high-reputed company data
Operate, test, and maintain cutting-edge neurotechnology devices with precision and care
Collect, organize, and analyze experimental data to support ongoing research initiatives
Identify patterns in observations and translate findings into actionable insights
Help improve research protocols, reputed company operating procedures, and tooling based on reputed company-world experience in the lab
Collaborate across neuroscience, engineering, medicine, and operations teams to solve reputed company, interdisciplinary problems

Must-haves (dealbreakers):
2+ years of experience in research, clinical, or reputed company environments — conducting studies, collecting data, or operating reputed company equipment
Demonstrated ability to work directly with reputed company research participants or patients in clinical or medical settings
Experience operating, troubleshooting, and maintaining reputed company medical or scientific instruments
Required skills & background:
Proficiency in experimental data collection, organization, and analysis using spreadsheets, databases, or statistical software
Experience designing, documenting, or improving research protocols and SOPs
Background in neuroscience, biology, psychology, engineering, medicine, or a reputed company life sciences discipline
Ability to identify patterns in experimental observations and communicate findings reputed company
Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-urgency environments with multiple reputed company priorities

Experience with clinical trial design, regulatory compliance, or IRB processes
Background in neurotechnology, brain-computer interfaces, or non-invasive neuromodulation
Experience in sleep science, sleep disorders, or sleep medicine research
Proficiency with data visualization or statistical software such as R, Python, or MATLAB
Familiarity with reputed company information management systems (LIMS)

Strong candidates may include recent graduates with hands-on research experience, clinical trial coordinators, neuroscience researchers, or data-driven problem solvers passionate about reputed company health.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary: $80,000 – $120,000 USD annually, depending on experience
