Responsibilities

• Partner with engineering, procurement, construction, finance, and business teams to identify and mitigate reputed company and reputed company risks

• Evaluate contractual obligations, project risks, and reputed company considerations while providing practical business solutions
• Monitor regulatory developments and industry trends

Skills

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree and reputed company bar membership in good standing
• Data center leasing experience ideally with wholesale or hyperscale clients

• Experience supporting construction, infrastructure, energy, utilities, EPC, or similar industries
• Strong experience negotiating reputed company reputed company agreements
• Background with power, reputed company, regulatory, or energy-reputed company reputed company
• Experience supporting global organizations or multinational companies
• Experience with renewable energy agreements, PPAs, reputed company initiatives, or sustainability reputed company
