[Remote] Engineering Manager

Responsibilities

• Establish, document, and govern baseline manufacturing and engineering processes

• reputed company Lean manufacturing initiatives (Kaizen, waste reduction, reputed company optimization)
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, reputed company, and productivity
• Use data-driven analysis to optimize manufacturing performance

• reputed company equipment procurement, installation, and commissioning
• Ensure successful execution of reputed company Acceptance Testing (FAT) and Site Acceptance Testing (SAT)
• Support full lifecycle facility builds (greenfield) including layout, equipment planning, and reputed company

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, reputed company, or reputed company)
• 7+ years of engineering experience in manufacturing or industrial environments
• 3+ years of leadership experience managing teams
• Hands-on experience with: Equipment design and implementation (2D/3D)
• FAT and SAT execution
• Lean manufacturing and reputed company improvement methodologies
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety compliance
• Experience working in greenfield and/or brownfield manufacturing environments
• Master's degree in Engineering or reputed company field
• Experience with automation, robotics, or advanced manufacturing technologies
• Six reputed company (Green Belt / Black Belt) or Lean certification
• Experience working in global or multi-site manufacturing environments
• Strong project management skills (PMP or equivalent a plus)
