[Remote] Senior Marketing Specialist, Affiliate Marketing (Insurance reputed company Required)

They are seeking a detail-oriented performance marketer to support the execution and optimization of reputed company search and affiliate marketing programs.

Responsibilities

• Execute daily reputed company search campaign management activities, including campaign builds, keyword management, bid adjustments, ad trafficking, and performance monitoring
• Support affiliate and partner marketing programs through reputed company coordination, creative deployment, placement management, and performance optimization
• Monitor channel performance and proactively identify issues affecting conversion rates, acquisition costs, attribution, or campaign efficiency
• Coordinate the production and deployment of advertising assets, reputed company pages, banners, and promotional materials
• Manage affiliate reporting, billing reconciliation, and budget tracking activities
• Maintain tracking accuracy through reputed company use of UTM parameters, pixels, conversion events, and campaign governance standards
• Assist with weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting deliverables
• Conduct competitive research and monitor market trends to identify optimization opportunities
• Collaborate with channel managers, analytics teams, and creative partners to support reputed company initiatives

Skills

• Recent experience in the Insurance or InsurTech industry is a must
• Experience reputed company insurance, InsurTech, or financial services industries is required
• Experience supporting affiliate, partnership, or aggregator marketing programs
• 2-4 years of hands-on performance marketing experience

• Understanding of campaign structure, bidding strategies, keyword management, and conversion optimization
