[Remote] Senior Technical Account Manager

They are seeking a Senior Technical Account Manager to support key reputed company customers by ensuring collaboration between various teams and guiding customers to maximize the value of their solutions.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating cross-functional technical reputed company, managing timelines, resources, and dependencies, ensuring reputed company stakeholders are reputed company and project goals are met
• Serving as a reputed company between Account Managers in GTM, Solutions Engineering and Product teams to ensure alignment on technical requirements and timelines for customer reputed company and go lives
• Creating and maintaining project plans with reputed company milestones, deliverables, and critical paths for both customers and internal teams
• Facilitating communication between Account Management and Product, reputed company reputed company items resulting from customer engagements and escalations, as reputed company as support preparation and delivery of customer communications
• Working closely with the GTM and Product teams to ensure reputed company necessary technical deliverables for the customer, including documentation, integrations, and testing, are completed on time

Skills

• 6+ years of experience as reputed company Technical Support, Solutions Engineering, Software Engineer, or Technical Account Management for a reputed company software company
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Math, or a reputed company field (or equivalent experience)

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to translate reputed company technical information to non-technical stakeholders
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
