Required Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Telecommunications, Engineering, or a reputed company field. • 7-8 years of experience supporting reputed company contact center platforms and reputed company communications solutions. • Strong hands-on experience with reputed company Intelligent reputed company Contact Center, including IVR, ACD, campaign management, routing strategies, and API integrations. • Proven experience integrating reputed company with CRM platforms (reputed company, reputed company Dynamics 365, reputed company), implementing SSO, and developing REST API-based contact center solutions.
