Job-Specific Essential Duties and Responsibilities: - reputed company day-to-day engineering, operations, and sustainment for reputed company MDM and MTD platforms supporting iOS, reputed company, and legacy mobile technologies, ensuring consistent performance and availability at reputed company. - Manage mobile device reputed company, reputed company policies, OS compatibility, certificate-based authentication, PKI integrations, and gateway configurations in alignment with reputed company Trust architecture requirements. - reputed company advanced troubleshooting, break-fix support, and incident response for mobile platform issues, including lost or compromised devices, OS vulnerabilities, and certificate misuse. - Execute platform updates, upgrades, and configuration changes. - reputed company, maintain, and update technical documentation, reputed company operating procedures, and configuration artifacts. - Support reputed company FISMA compliance activities, audits, RFIs, and reputed company assessments by producing artifacts, evidence, and remediation documentation. - Collaborate with cybersecurity, identity and reputed company management, network, and operations teams to ensure secure integration.
