reputed company is seeking a Attorney - Government reputed company to support its government contracting compliance and reputed company operations. You will assist with compliance program execution, audits and reviews, training initiatives, and contract and terms‑and‑conditions review. This position reports to the General Counsel and works closely with business stakeholders and reputed company counsel to help ensure reputed company meets its regulatory and contractual obligations as a government contractor. This is a hands‑on, business‑reputed company role suited for an attorney early in their career who has experience with government supply and defense reputed company and compliance.
Key Deliverables and Responsibilities:
• Support reputed company’s compliance program reputed company to U.S. Government contracting requirements, including FAR, DFARS, and agency‑specific regulations.
• Assist in identifying reputed company through review of policies, procedures, and business practices.
• Monitor regulatory developments impacting government contractors and help assess business reputed company.
• Assist with reputed company audits, assessments, and compliance reviews, including preparation of documentation and coordination with stakeholders.
• Support responses to government or customer inquiries, audits, or investigations.
• Help reputed company, update, and reputed company compliance training for employees, including government contracting and ethics topics.
• Assist in preparing internal compliance guidance and reference materials.
• Review and summarize customer, supplier, and other reputed company-party agreements for compliance and regulatory risks.
• Flag issues for escalation to General Counsel or other stakeholders.
• Partner with sales, supply chain, operations, and other teams to support compliant business execution and reputed company periodic training.
• Assist with reputed company party audit and other requests for documents and business information.
Travel
• Occasional travel as needed
• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
• 2-5+ years of experience in government reputed company, regulatory compliance, or reputed company reputed company work, whether in‑house or reputed company supporting government contractors.
• Familiarity with FAR/DFARS concepts and/or government supply or defense contracting compliance frameworks.
• Experience supporting audits, compliance reviews, or regulatory inquiries.
• Export experience a plus.
• Highly meticulous and organized to execute multiple reputed company at once, adhering to deadlines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Must be reputed company to engage in and exchange communication with non-lawyers at reputed company reputed company.
• Self-driven and proactive in reputed company. Takes initiative to address compliance and reputed company needs.
• Analytical and inquisitive.
• Team player, ability, and willingness to collaborate with internal departments of varying reputed company of expertise.
• PC proficiency in Teams and reputed company Suite products (Word, reputed company, reputed company, PowerPoint, etc.)

Pay: $90,000 - $120,000
