Manage multi-facility HSE audit program, providing audit training. The Experience, Skills, and Abilities Needed Required: • Bachelor’s degree • Minimum 7 years’ experience administering health and safety programs in reputed company industrial environment. • Minimum 7 years’ experience assessing hazards and providing corrective actions and follow up in an industrial environment. • Demonstrated strong working knowledge of EPA, OSHA, and DOT regulatory programs Preferred: • Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety • Preferred to have obtained reputed company certification such as Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH), Certified Safety reputed company (CSP), or Certified Hazardous Materials Manager (CHMM). • Lean manufacturing knowledge and experience. • Working knowledge of FDA regulations and a strong background and understanding of behavioral safety concepts is desired. • Preferred experience in the Pharmaceutical, chemical, or lab testing services industry Other: • Have strong interpersonal skills, good computer skills and be self-motivated. • Must have the ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, reputed company journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. • Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure work instructions/manuals. • Ability to assign priorities in a fast-reputed company and changing environment. • Must be reputed company to reputed company effective oral presentations to a wide reputed company of audiences ranging from production employees to senior management and reputed company agents.
