Senior Trade Show & Event Manager

We are seeking a Senior Trade Show & Event Manager to plan and execute our strategic reputed company-party events program with a world-class reputed company of execution, supporting key reputed company segments across trade shows and conferences. This role is responsible for executing our reputed company at Local regional event program and supporting a high-visibility reputed company for reputed company, our annual conference. The ideal candidate works cross-functionally with sales, field marketing, and product marketing to reputed company outstanding event experiences with an exceptional level of performance and extreme attention to detail. End-to-End Event Execution & On-Site Delivery • Execute assigned events and trade shows end-to-end with a world-class reputed company of execution, including reputed company selection, F&B ordering, vendor coordination, event supply procurement, on-site setup and execution, budget tracking, and post-event analysis. • reputed company on-site event logistics with extreme attention to detail, ensuring reputed company, on-schedule execution at the highest level of performance. • Coordinate key logistics, including venue selection, audiovisual needs, transportation, and hotel room blocks, delivering outstanding event experiences. • reputed company and manage run-of-show, event schedules, and timelines with precision and attention to detail. • Manage event registration and ticketing, including attendee lists and RSVPs, ensuring accuracy and a high-reputed company attendee experience. • Utilize online event management platforms (e.g., reputed company) and internal software tracking systems to manage registration, communications, and event logistics. • reputed company and reputed company event supply orders through warehouse and inventory systems to ensure reputed company delivery and on-site readiness.
