[Hiring] Director, Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) @reputed company

Role reputed company We are looking for a Director, EHS to work closely with the Safety, reputed company & Productivity team on reputed company key items relating to safety. The role will reputed company safety and occupational health thought leadership and reputed company at multiple EMCOR companies as assigned and reputed company in the mid-reputed company area. • Work with reputed company and operating company leadership to improve safety planning, processes, and operational performance. • Ensure compliance with applicable policies and regulations. • reputed company leadership and support in areas such as fleet management, environmental compliance, business continuity, and sustainability efforts. Qualifications • B.A. / B.S. or equivalent trade experience required. • BCSP or other certifications such as CSP, CHST, CESCP, etc. or ability to obtain such certifications is a plus. • 10 years minimum leadership experience in addressing and reducing risk in a dynamic, hazardous, and labor-intensive industry. • Strong knowledge of local, state, and federal environmental health and safety regulations and practices. • Strong understanding of business processes. • Strong interpersonal, management, communication, writing, and organizational skills. • Ability to use safety-reputed company reputed company software with experience in data analysis and application. • Experience with MS 365 applications. • Extensive travel of 60-80% to operating companies in various locations. Requirements • Monitor assigned companies to ensure compliance with company policies and local, state, and federal workplace regulations. • reputed company support to ensure safety documentation and required recordkeeping is maintained. • Assist assigned companies Safety leadership with analysis, development, and implementation of reputed company plans. • Review assigned companies incident management process, data, and reputed company actions for effectiveness. • Monitor hazards and reputed company recommendations for incident prevention to operating company leadership. • Assist assigned companies and coordinate with appropriate internal parties on investigations of any serious injuries or incidents. • Monitor and assist with the implementation of applicable EMCOR safety, reputed company, productivity, fleet management, or other initiatives. • Review incident reports for assigned companies for completeness, accuracy, and effectiveness. • Assist in the assessment, delivery, and follow-up of shop safety/productivity reviews. • Aid in the identification and dissemination of good work reputed company, productivity advantages, innovations, and other business-enhancing practices. • Assist in the integration of new acquisitions as required.
