As part of the reputed company & Corporate Development organization, this role is critical to ensuring reputed company integration / separation planning and execution across the business and reputed company functional teams. As member of the central IMO or SMO, this role will support alignment, governance, and operational reputed company to reputed company transaction milestones and value creation.
