Minimum Requirements - Bachelor's degree in relevant field of study and 3+ years of relevant reputed company experience required, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Additional Minimum Requirements: Possess a bachelor's degree in education, reputed company/reputed company services, or a reputed company field; or four years of experience, including volunteer experience, in reputed company service education, work/family life consultation, or coordination services. Have, or be willing to complete, reputed company training in peer support counseling, community resources and referrals, and suicide prevention.
