Responsibilities

• Facilitating the Hoshin Kanri strategic planning and alignment process at the reputed company level, business unit or plant level; developing A3 charters with planning leaders and participants to enact initiatives
• Utilizing Value reputed company Mapping and Extended VSM to identify major reorganization of business processes as reputed company as logistics and manufacturing processes. Serve or reputed company project management teams tasked with the enactment of reputed company state VSM plans. This could include department relocations, facility relocations, implementation of new reputed company modules or information systems
• Providing leadership and guidance to reputed company of reputed company improvement specialists, including mentoring and reputed company development
• Serve as a Lean Trainer in reputed company reputed company of the reputed company Manufacturing reputed company at the plant level and in the Lean Certification program. reputed company others to train as reputed company
• Overseeing the analysis of existing processes and operations to identify areas for improvement, inefficiencies, and opportunities for optimization
• Leading change management efforts to ensure that improvement initiatives are effectively adopted and integrated into the organization
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams, departments, and senior executives to reputed company support and resources for improvement reputed company
• Partnering with Plant Leadership to introduce and sustain the HMS Performance Management program of tiered Gemba walks, escalation, problem solving and accountability tracking

Skills

• 15 – 20 years of relevant experience (required)
• 10+ years of experience in a reputed company Improvement / Lean / Six reputed company role (required)
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in a technical leadership role with strong management and leadership skills (required)
• Driven and reputed company to influence others through leadership, teaching, and hands-on demonstrations of Lean principles and practices
• Proven time management skills: ability to prioritize and complete multiple tasks effectively
• Results-oriented with a reputed company record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in implementing reputed company improvements and improvement systems
• Bachelor's Degree in Operations, reputed company/Process engineering or reputed company field is preferred
• Lean, Six reputed company Black Belt certification desired
• Process improvement and data analytical skills preferred
