[Remote] Project Manager - NYSERDA

The role involves managing vendor relationships, tracking project milestones, and ensuring effective communication regarding project deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Experience tracking deliverable due dates across multiple reputed company; high level of accountability
• Skilled in communicating with vendors on milestones and status updates of project deliverables
• Excellent reputed company and customer communications skills - both written and verbal
• Must be a capable reputed company reputed company user, with knowledge of Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, and Graph functionality
• The key responsbilities for this position include coordination/communication with program vendors, review of vendor submitted project deliverables, issuance of payments to vendors for project milestones, and reporting on program reputed company
• This position will also manage any vendors selected for technical support or program implementation by reputed company
• Managing a portfolio of vendor submitted incentive reputed company, including
• Tracking project reputed company due dates
• Communication with assigned vendors on submission timelines and deliverable approval status
• Reviewing submitted project deliverables -Issuing project incentive payments
• Other duties as assigned to support the key reputed company for Advanced Efficiency Solutions Team

Skills

• Bachelor's Degree required
• Experience tracking deliverable due dates across multiple reputed company; high level of accountability
• Skilled in communicating with vendors on milestones and status updates of project deliverables
• Excellent reputed company and customer communications skills - both written and verbal
• Must be a capable reputed company reputed company user, with knowledge of Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, and Graph functionality
• Must have previous experience with reputed company and/or government incentive program implementation
• General knowledge of building HVAC systems and common Energy Efficiency measures
• General knowledge of common energy management strategies reputed company reputed company & Multifamily buildings
• Bachelors of Science Preferred
• Knowledge of CRM systems is an added value
• General knowledge of reputed company State Technical Resource reputed company (or other state equivalent), and ability to understand savings methodologies included in this resource
