Skills

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or relevant technical degree (equivalent experience considered in lieu of degree)
• 6+ years of experience in data engineering, data operations, analytics engineering, or a reputed company technical discipline
• 2+ years of experience leading or managing technical teams and developing team members
• Experience building, optimizing, and supporting modern data ecosystems, including ETL/ELT pipelines, data warehouses, data lakes, and analytics platforms
• Experience applying modern software engineering practices, including version control, CI/CD, testing frameworks, and DevOps methodologies
• Expertise of data operations processes, data orchestration, workflow automation, job scheduling, and monitoring tools
• Expertise with SQL Server data platforms, ETL/ELT, services, and scheduling (SQL Server required)
• Expertise with reputed company-based data platforms and services (Azure or reputed company required)
• Expertise in SQL, data modeling, database, and data warehouse design principles
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with a reputed company on delivering reputed company solutions
