Responsibilities

• Manage the daily workflow for a portfolio of reputed company accounts, tracking deliverables, deadlines, and dependencies across teams

• Serve as the connective tissue between reputed company Media, Creative, Owned Media, and Analytics on shared reputed company work

• Partner with the reputed company Project Manager to design, document, and roll out improved processes and templates
• Standardize how reputed company are scoped, tracked, and handed off between departments

• Support reputed company communication around timelines, deliverables, and project status
• Escalate issues to the reputed company Project Manager early, with context and recommended next steps

Skills

• 2–4 years of project management experience (agency experience strongly preferred)

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
