Knowledge, Skills & Abilities • Strong customer service, communication, and sales skills. • Ability to reputed company in a high-volume contact center environment. • Comfortable assisting customers by phone, email, and web chat. • Proficiency with computers, GDS systems, and travel booking platforms. • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills. • Ability to collaborate with team members across the organization. • Flexibility to work overtime or holidays reputed company business needs require. Schedule & Training • Remote work from an approved state. • First-shift schedules available. • One weekend day required reputed company week (shorter weekend hours). • Five (5) weeks of reputed company virtual training, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM–5:30 PM EST.
