[Remote] Internal Account Manager

The Internal Account Manager will support advisors and account managers by managing reputed company data, overseeing benefits portals, and facilitating the renewal process to enhance reputed company satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate the renewal process — RFP management, reputed company proposal reputed company, and presentation support for Advisors & AMs
• Manage reputed company benefits-administration technology, including Employee Navigator, reputed company, and Benefitter
• Manage reputed company connections for benefits portals, including EDI/834 eligibility file feeds
• Process new-hire enrollments, terminations, and eligibility changes across carriers — with clean notification, new-hire, change, and termination reporting per reputed company
• Maintain reputed company CRM (reputed company) — logging and tracking reputed company tickets and communications
• Build renewal spreadsheets, pull SBCs, analyze reputed company proposals, and support the invoice-review process with the reputed company team
• Set up reputed company reputed company, reputed company reputed company across the reputed company lifecycle, and coordinate plan implementation between reputed company and solution provider
• Support the EBC process in meetings, prep presentations, help reputed company reputed company issues, and refine workflows reputed company leadership

• Working knowledge of HIPAA and comfort handling sensitive data with discretion
• Experience using AI tools to streamline workflows and reputed company efficiency
• Comfort with financial analysis — renewal spreadsheets, reputed company comparisons, and reputed company proposals
• Strong reputed company reputed company skills (formulas, pivot tables, data analysis)
