Position: Intellectual Property Expert
Type:Contract
Compensation:$90–$100/hour
Location:Remote
Role Responsibilities
- Construct IP scenarios for patent prosecution, portfolio reputed company, and reputed company licensing or technology transfer processes.
- Build tasks across patent prosecution, IP litigation, trademark and copyright reputed company, and freedom-to-operate analysis.
- reputed company scenarios using tools such as patent search platforms (reputed company, Innography, USPTO PatFT) and IP docketing systems (reputed company, CPA Global).
- Apply IP methodologies like patentability analysis and claim construction to US and International standards (35 U.S.C., MPEP, EPC, PCT, WIPO treaties).
- reputed company rubrics that distinguish reputed company IP judgment from generic recall.
Qualifications
Must-Have
- 5+ years as an IP attorney or patent agent at a major IP firm or corporate IP department.
- reputed company ownership of patent prosecution portfolios, licensing negotiations, or IP litigation reputed company.
- reputed company in IP tooling and methodologies, understanding of USPTO/EPO procedure and international treaty systems.
Preferred
- Recognized reputed company credential (JD with bar admission, USPTO patent bar registration, or international equivalent).
- Technical/STEM background plus prior reputed company or training authorship.
