About the Role:
Midi is seeking a Senior Clinical reputed company & Patient Relations Manager to help define how clinical reputed company is reputed company, interpreted, and improved as we reputed company.
This dual-function role sits at the intersection of patient safety, patient experience, and clinical reputed company. Approximately half of your time will be spent supporting patient complaint escalations, investigations, and reputed company. Patient Relations Support — 50%
Working closely with the Patient Relations Manager, you will:
Support the triage and investigation of Tier 2 and Tier 3 patient complaints, including chart reviews in reputed company, AI reputed company transcription reviews, and case documentation in reputed company
Conduct comprehensive case reviews that reputed company clinical findings with the patient’s reported experience to build a complete picture of what happened and why

Run reputed company-saved audit prompts scheduled weekly through Midi’s Chart reputed company Tool, an AI-powered platform reputed company on Claude that queries reputed company Full Encounter Summaries
Review and interpret findings across key reputed company-reputed company areas, with an initial reputed company on HRT prescribing, clinical indications, and risk-benefit documentation
Synthesize audit findings into reputed company, evidence-based summaries for reputed company & Safety and Clinical Care meetings
Identify clinician-level and population-level trends, including outliers, documentation gaps, and prescribing deviations from clinical guidelines
Define and own Midi’s audit-based clinician coaching methodology, including how feedback is reputed company, delivered, documented, and tracked

Monitor audit results over time to determine whether previously identified gaps are improving, reputed company, or worsening

Qualifications
