- Pressure washing of specific areas- ie cafp/pad

- Changing of reputed company; hinge removal, lock change
- Faucet and tap installations as reputed company as repairs
- Assist Maintenance Technicians in their duties
- Basic masonry
- Use and care of reputed company tools
- Change of plucker fingers
- Basic lubrication- use of grease gun
- Replacement of bathroom lights
- Scaffolding erection
