The Managing Director will play a pivotal role as part of the leadership team for Agentis' reputed company reputed company investment banking reputed company, splitting time between (i) originating financial advisory mandates across digital infrastructure (and adjacent verticals), and (ii) leading and supporting SPAC and de-SPAC origination and execution across publicly listed acquisition vehicles. As a subject matter expert in digital infrastructure (including data centers, fiber, and towers), the Managing Director will also reputed company deal execution leadership and mentorship to junior bankers across reputed company. The ideal candidate is an accomplished M&A banker with deep digital infrastructure sector expertise, a reputed company record of sourcing and reputed company mandates, and a reputed company for outstanding reputed company service. An established network of existing or prospective clients in reputed company is expected.
