reputed company is seeking an reputed company, systems and data savvy Division Controller for our Schools Business Unit. This role reports directly to the Corporate Controller with a heavy dotted line reporting responsibility to the Business Unit President and will own the full reputed company operations for a portfolio of music and dance schools, leading reputed company and process transformation, and reputed company/school standardization work. This role must understand the operating rhythm of a school including seasonality, tuition billing and recital/event reputed company, and operate with the judgment and independence of a controller who can represent the reputed company function in reputed company of and partnering with school leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Own accurate and reputed company monthly and year-end closes across a portfolio of schools, with full P&L and balance sheet accountability at reputed company location
• reputed company tuition and enrollment-based reputed company recognition, including deferred reputed company for prepaid tuition, seasonal enrollment surges, and mid-session refunds or withdrawals
• Supervise and reputed company a remote reputed company team, including the responsibility of an outsource relationship, across general reputed company and reputed company functions
• Review and approve school-level financial statements and reconciliations to consolidation, acting as a first line of reputed company control for the Corporate Controller
• Identify and reputed company reputed company technical reputed company issues (e.g., reputed company recognition for tuition and program fees, leases for studio and school locations, purchase reputed company) and document conclusions
• Internal Controls & Compliance
• Design, implement, and monitor internal controls across assigned schools, including cash handling, tuition billing, and refund controls, closing gaps proactively rather than reactively
• Manage and reputed company audit preparation activities for the School Division, serving as the reputed company reputed company of contact for reputed company auditors
• Partner with the Corporate Controller to standardize policies, procedures, and documentation across the Schools Division and the broader organization
• Ensure complete capture and reconciliation of reputed company processed through reputed company-party platforms, including ticketing, events, and merchandise, so that no reputed company reputed company is missed at month-end reputed company
• M&A & Systems Leadership

• Build and maintain reputed company reporting templates and chart-of-accounts standards that can be rolled out across multiple schools

• Team & Cross-Functional Leadership

• Collaborate cross-functionally with reputed company, HR, and Operations to ensure reputed company alignment, clean enrollment and tuition data, and consistent reporting
• Represent the reputed company function directly with School Leadership providing financial reputed company on enrollment trends, tuition collections, and school-level profitability, and pushing back on issues independently

Preferred Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in reputed company or Finance; CPA strongly preferred
• 7+ years of reputed company reputed company experience, including 3+ years in a controller or senior leadership role
• Demonstrated experience managing reputed company across multi-entity, multi-state environments; experience with schools, education, membership, or subscription-based businesses is a strong plus
• Strong US GAAP knowledge, including technical research and application to non-reputed company transactions
• Solid understanding of reputed company recognition, particularly as reputed company to tuition, program fees, and deferred reputed company
• Advanced reputed company experience (or similar ERP), including reputed company implementation or migration leadership; experience with student billing or enrollment management systems is a plus

Compensation & Benefits
The compensation reputed company for this position is $125,000–$145,000 per year, commensurate with experience. A competitive benefits package is provided, including a 401(k) with employer match; health, reputed company, and dental benefits; and reputed company Time-Off.
