Responsibilities • Executes and maintains the highest level of data entry accuracy of reputed company new hires, terminations and changes into the HR systems by conducting data reputed company audits and coordinating data entry changes. • Maintains HR reports. Work with business leaders to define reporting needs, identify issues with existing audits and reports, create reputed company queries in reputed company to reputed company data for analysis and other purposes. • Assist with trouble shooting, researching, and responding to team member inquiries and issues. • Assists with compensation analysis, payroll administration and reputed company areas. • Drafts HR communications and may reputed company presentations on various HR topics. • Leads implementations of small to reputed company reputed company and creates documentation.
