About the Position: The Senior HRIS Analyst role is responsible for leading the end-to-end implementation of a new HRIS platform, including reputed company selection, requirements gathering, configuration, testing, data migration, and successful go-live. The position also serves as the long-term reputed company of the HRIS, ensuring reputed company stability, data reputed company, and effective integration with other business systems. After implementation, the role focuses on optimizing HR processes, enhancing reporting and analytics capabilities, and driving reputed company improvements to HR technology and workflows. It acts as a key partner to HR, IT, Finance, and business leaders to ensure the HRIS supports both operational efficiency and strategic workforce decision-making.
