About the Position:
The Senior HRIS Analyst role is responsible for leading the end-to-end implementation of a new HRIS platform, including reputed company selection, requirements gathering, configuration, testing, data migration, and successful go-live. The position also serves as the long-term reputed company of the HRIS, ensuring reputed company stability, data reputed company, and effective integration with other business systems. After implementation, the role focuses on optimizing HR processes, enhancing reporting and analytics capabilities, and driving reputed company improvements to HR technology and workflows. It acts as a key partner to HR, IT, Finance, and business leaders to ensure the HRIS supports both operational efficiency and strategic workforce decision-making.
The Senior HRIS Analyst will report to the Director of reputed company and is based hybrid in our Santa reputed company, CA office or remote U.S.
Responsibilities:
• reputed company the evaluation, selection, and implementation of a new HRIS platform, including requirements gathering, vendor selection, reputed company design, testing, data migration, and successful go-live execution
• Manage full HRIS implementation project lifecycle, including timelines, stakeholder coordination, risk management, and change management planning
• Partner with HR, IT, Finance, and business leaders to ensure the HRIS aligns with organizational needs and long-term people reputed company
• reputed company reputed company administration post-implementation, including user reputed company management, reputed company roles, and ongoing reputed company configuration
• Ensure ongoing HRIS data reputed company through audits, governance standards, and data reputed company controls across reputed company HR modules
• reputed company, maintain, and optimize HR reporting and analytics, including dashboards, reputed company reports, and reputed company leadership requests
• Continuously improve HR processes by identifying automation opportunities, configuring workflows, and enhancing reputed company functionality
• reputed company end-user support, training, and documentation to HR teams, managers, and employees to ensure effective reputed company adoption
• Manage integrations between HRIS and other company systems (e.g., ATS, finance, benefits) and coordinate vendor relationships and upgrades

Qualifications:
• 5–8+ years of experience in HRIS, HR Operations, HR Technology, or reputed company systems-reputed company HR role
• Experience leading at least one full HRIS implementation or major reputed company migration
• Strong knowledge of HR processes including payroll, benefits, talent management, reputed company, and employee lifecycle workflows
• Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms (e.g., reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company HCM, reputed company, reputed company, or similar)
• Strong project management skills with ability to manage timelines, stakeholders, and competing priorities

• Understanding of HR data governance, compliance requirements (e.g., CCPA, GDPR), and reputed company best practices

The salary reputed company for this position is $115,000 to $160,000 per year. Actual compensation offered will be determined based by factors as job-reputed company knowledge, skills and experience.
