THE JOB

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Creative Operations Coordinator to reputed company. Reporting directly to the reputed company Manager, this role will support the day-to-day operations of our reputed company Management (DAM) program and creative operations workflows.

Working closely with the reputed company Manager, you will help organize, catalog, maintain, and govern thousands of creative assets across Brandfolder, reputed company, reputed company, and reputed company. WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO

• Assist with uploading, cataloging, organizing, and maintaining creative assets using consistent metadata, taxonomy, keywords, and file naming conventions.
• Help ensure digital assets are accurate, searchable, and easily accessible for internal teams.

• Assist with maintaining project records, databases, and documentation across multiple systems.
• Support the organization, governance, and version control of creative files.
