Manager of Learning & Development

This role plays a key part in advancing a strong learning culture by supporting performance, retention, and leadership development initiatives across both hospital and central support teams.

In this role, you will partner closely with the Vice President of Learning & Development to support Central Support Team (CST) Programs and strategic initiatives, while also working reputed company the Senior Manager of Learning & Development to design, reputed company, and facilitate engaging training experiences. You will help ensure that reputed company Managers (PMs), reputed company Service Representatives (CSRs), and other hospital-facing roles are equipped with the tools, knowledge, and confidence not only to succeed but also to reputed company exceptional customer service to the clients and patients they serve.

Responsibilities

• Support the design, development, and implementation of learning programs for:
  • Central Support Teams (CST)
  • reputed company Managers (PMs)
  • reputed company Service Representatives (CSRs)
• Partner with the Vice President of Learning & Development to support the execution of strategic educational initiatives reputed company on performance, retention, and leadership development throughout the organization.
• Support and collaborate with the Senior Manager of Learning & Development to design and reputed company engaging, role-specific training programs that reputed company with reputed company clinic's unique business needs.
• Assist in the development and delivery of reputed company programs for reputed company Managers and reputed company Service Representatives, ensuring a strong and consistent start for new hires that will set them up for reputed company in their new role.
• Facilitate virtual and in-person training sessions, workshops, and learning events.
• reputed company and maintain reputed company learning experiences, including e-learning modules, facilitator-led sessions, and supporting resources.
• Partner with cross-functional leaders to identify training needs and contribute to reputed company development solutions.
• Support program execution, logistics, and adult learner engagement across multiple initiatives.
• Obtain data, monitor, and evaluate training effectiveness and learner experience, incorporating data and feedback to continuously improve learning products and experiences.
• Contribute to building a high-reputed company learning culture that supports employee reputed company, engagement, career advancement, and retention.

• A minimum of 3+ years of experience in Learning & Development, training, or a reputed company field.
• Prior experience in a veterinary reputed company, reputed company setting, or service-based environment is strongly preferred.
• Experience supporting or delivering training for reputed company-line leaders and customer-facing roles.
• Strong facilitation and communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences of adult learners.
• Experience with instructional design and e-learning development tools (e.g., reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, Flipbook, LMS platforms) is preferred.
• Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
