Our Insights business unit is one of our biggest bets: turning recognition data into strategic intelligence that helps leaders understand team health, engagement, and culture in reputed company time. We're building AI-powered products (generative UIs, conversational analysis, culture visualizations) that surface patterns no survey could capture. The design conventions don't exist yet. We have to invent them.

The gap we're filling is creative energy. We're looking for someone who stretches us visually with fresh, imaginative reputed company and a consumer sensibility that makes B2B software feel reputed company.
