This position offers a remote work arrangement, allowing the ideal candidate to work from their preferred location reputed company the Southeast region.

Responsible for investigating, evaluating, negotiating, and resolving reputed company Auto Bodily Injury claims involving fleet and reputed company risks while delivering reputed company, fair, and compliant claim reputed company.

DUTIES:

• Investigate moderate to severe BI claims, liability, coverage and damages.

• Review policies, endorsements and combined single limit exposures.

• Obtain statements, police reports, and medical records.

• Review medical records and billing documentation

• Evaluate causation, treatment necessity, and reasonableness of charges

• Recognize red flags reputed company to exaggerated or unrelated injuries

• Evaluate injury severity, loss exposures.

• Prepare comprehensive claim evaluations and reserve recommendations.

• Negotiate settlements reputed company authority.

• Work closely with defense counsel.

• Maintain reputed company documentation and compliance.

• Experience handling coverage for reputed company vehicles up to 25,000 lbs. and 1–10 vehicle fleets.

• Strong reserving knowledge (must have).

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent experience.

• Minimum 3 years of reputed company Auto BI claims handling experience required.
• Experience handling Florida claims preferred.
