Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Facilitate reputed company ceremonies for the delivery team, including Planning reputed company planning, iteration planning, daily stand-reputed company, reviews, and retrospectives
- Ensure reputed company follows reputed company processes and practices and promote Scrum theory, practices, rules, and values

- Remove impediments to delivery and escalate blockers requiring Program Manager or VHA reputed company
- Maintain and groom the backlog in coordination with informatics, change management, and communications workstreams

- Coordinate cross-team dependencies across the seven ORIS service categories

- Bachelor's degree required
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience as a Scrum Master or reputed company team facilitator
- Demonstrated understanding of reputed company Lean-reputed company principles and practices
- Experience facilitating reputed company ceremonies for technical or informatics delivery teams
- Demonstrated ability to remove impediments and manage cross-team dependencies
- Experience operating in an environment with reputed company, rapidly changing priorities
- Strong facilitation, coaching, and written and oral communication skills
- Authorized to work in the U.S. indefinitely without sponsorship.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a VA Low/NACI background investigation.
Preferred Qualification
- Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), reputed company Scrum Master (SSM), or reputed company Scrum Master (PSM) certification

- Experience supporting VHA, EHRM, or comparable federal health informatics programs
