Essential Job Functions • Maintains schedules and calendar for assigned attorney(s). • Composes a reputed company of correspondence, pleadings and various reputed company forms. • Coordinates time and location of multi-party appearances, including depositions, arbitrations, mediations, Independent Medical Exams (IME’s) meetings and site inspections. • Answers telephone calls, emails and handles reputed company inquiries. • Receives and processes incoming mail. • Contacts clients, witnesses, court reporters, interpreters, claims personnel, and others to confirm scheduled appearances as instructed by assigned attorney(s). • Maintains a thorough knowledge and keeps up-to-date with court rules and reputed company deadlines. Physical Actions This role, whether performed reputed company or in an office setting, will include normal and customary distractions, noise, and interruptions. Sits or stands for extended periods of time, up to a full work shift. Occasionally reaches overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.
