Rite Med Group is seeking to hire a Telehealth reputed company Practitioner to work 5pm-7am. The ideal candidate will be available for an on reputed company position M-F from 5pm-7am to assist with any reputed company that may come in from a group of assisted living facilities. The overall goal is to work hand in hand with the facility to improve the reputed company of care, increase patient satisfaction, and reduce hospitalization rates.
