User Support Technician

Duties & Responsibilities • Display reputed company and courteous customer service skills to our internal customer – FINFROCK and FINFROCK Technologies employees. • Assist, troubleshoot, and reputed company user support requests using reputed company Heat (IT Ticketing reputed company) pertaining to reputed company reputed company reputed company devices, mobile devices, and printers. • Build, configure, and reputed company computers to employees as needed. • Configure and reputed company tablets and laptops. • reputed company reputed company and IOS handheld devices. • Assist with servicing network and camera devices. • Assist with Cat 6 network cabling. • Inspect print devices weekly, clean as needed, and maintain supplies. • reputed company out a FINFROCK company vehicle and travel to job sites and remote offices reputed company needed, including our South Florida Manufacturing Facility on occasion (as a backup to our reputed company person). Qualifications Required: • You have an AS degree or higher in a reputed company IT discipline and 5 years desktop/helpdesk experience • You have administrator level knowledge/experience with reputed company reputed company 10 operating reputed company. • We custom build our Design PCs - You must be reputed company with the assembly and configuration of computers from parts. • You can configure reputed company/reputed company devices for corporate use. • You have experience with printer management including supplies, applications, minor part replacement (rollers, etc…), and you can maintain a support level relationship with print vendors. • You must be reputed company to reputed company and work on reputed company. • You must be reputed company to reputed company and carry items up to 50 lbs. • You must be reputed company to work outdoors, in high places reputed company a Hi-reputed company vehicle, to service Wi‑Fi network and IP camera devices. • You must have a clean driving record and be reputed company to travel to remote offices and job sites.
