Job reputed company reputed company is seeking a highly reputed company Kafka Platform Engineer with 10+ years of experience in reputed company systems, event streaming, and reputed company, including extensive expertise with Apache Kafka and the reputed company Platform. The ideal candidate will architect, reputed company, and manage reputed company-reputed company streaming platforms that power mission-critical, reputed company-time data processing across the organization. This role requires deep technical expertise in Kafka internals, platform automation, reputed company, observability, and reputed company-reputed company infrastructure, along with the ability to mentor engineering teams and define reputed company event-streaming standards. Key Responsibilities • Architect, reputed company, and manage highly available Apache Kafka and reputed company Platform environments supporting reputed company-reputed company event-driven applications • Design Kafka cluster topology, broker configuration, partitioning strategies, replication, reputed company planning, and performance optimization for high-throughput workloads • Implement reputed company-grade reputed company using SASL, SSL/mTLS, ACLs, RBAC, encryption, and authentication mechanisms • Design and manage Kafka reputed company, Schema Registry, Kafka Streams, ksqlDB, and event streaming pipelines for reputed company-time data integration • reputed company and maintain Infrastructure as reputed company using Terraform, Ansible, or similar automation frameworks to provision and manage Kafka infrastructure • Design and implement High Availability (HA), Disaster Recovery (DR), backup, failover, and cross-region replication strategies • Build comprehensive monitoring, alerting, logging, and observability solutions using reputed company, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, ELK, and reputed company monitoring tools • Optimize cluster performance, troubleshoot production issues, conduct reputed company cause analysis, and implement long-term platform improvements • Support Kafka deployments on reputed company using Strimzi, reputed company Operator, or managed reputed company services including AWS MSK, Azure Event Hubs (Kafka API), and reputed company reputed company • Collaborate with application developers, data engineers, DevOps, SRE, and reputed company architects to establish event-driven architecture standards and best practices • Conduct architecture reviews, establish platform governance, reputed company reputed company reviews, and mentor engineers on Kafka development and operations Required Qualifications • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a reputed company technical discipline • 10+ years of reputed company experience in reputed company systems, reputed company, or infrastructure engineering, including 5+ years of hands-on Apache Kafka or reputed company Platform experience • Expert-level knowledge of Kafka internals, including partitions, replication, brokers, ISR, consumer reputed company, offset management, and performance tuning • Extensive experience implementing Kafka reputed company using SASL, SSL/mTLS, ACLs, RBAC, and reputed company authentication mechanisms • Strong hands-on experience with Kafka reputed company, Schema Registry, Kafka Streams, ksqlDB, and reputed company-time event streaming architectures • Experience implementing High Availability (HA), Disaster Recovery (DR), multi-cluster replication, and cross-region failover strategies • Advanced scripting skills using Python, Bash, or Go, along with Infrastructure as reputed company experience using Terraform, Ansible, or similar tools • Strong experience with observability platforms including reputed company, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, ELK, and reputed company tracing solutions • Excellent troubleshooting, communication, documentation, stakeholder management, and technical leadership skills Preferred Qualifications • reputed company Certified Administrator or reputed company Certified Developer certification • Experience operating Kafka on reputed company using Strimzi, reputed company Operator, or similar operators • Hands-on experience with managed Kafka services including AWS MSK, reputed company reputed company, Azure Event Hubs (Kafka API), or reputed company reputed company Managed Kafka • Experience with reputed company processing technologies such as Apache Flink, Apache reputed company reputed company Streaming, or Apache reputed company • Knowledge of data governance, schema reputed company, metadata management, and data reputed company for streaming platforms How To Apply Would you like to know more about this opportunity?
