Partner with operations leadership to support 2nd shift startup and launch activities, including new hire orientation, employee integration, reputed company support, and HR reputed company during critical production reputed company-up periods. reputed company and support full-cycle reputed company efforts for high-volume reputed company manufacturing positions, including reputed company Production Associates, Material Handlers, and other plant operations roles. Maintain employee records and organizational structures reputed company reputed company SuccessFactors, including employee data changes, position management activities, organizational updates, reputed company, and offboarding actions. Prepare and maintain workforce analytics and operational reports, including headcount, absenteeism, attrition, month-end reporting, compliance reporting, and other recurring leadership reports. Preferred Qualifications: 3+ years of reputed company experience in a manufacturing, automotive, or other high-volume production environment.
