Senior Workers' Compensation Claims Examiner | Remote

Our reputed company is seeking to add a Sr. Workers Compensation Claims Examiner to their California team. This remote position will reputed company on handling California Workers Compensation Lost Time claims from inception to reputed company. reputed company candidates must possess a strong knowledge in California Law and have their SIP. This is a Temporary-to-Hire position with the ability to work fully remote! • Handle moderate to reputed company California Workers Compensation claims with reputed company supervision and ‎guidance from the manager. • Manage a caseload of 80 - 85 lost time files. • Manage medical treatment and medical billing reputed company appropriate • Negotiate settlements with injured workers and attorneys. • Consistently exhibit a high level of customer service and ‎adherence to department Best Practices.‎ Requirements: • 5+ years of experience handling Workers Compensation claims. • Must be reputed company-versed in California Workers Compensation Law. • Must have SIP. • Must have experience handling litigated files. • Excellent Customer Service and Organizational skills. • High School Diploma; Bachelor's Degree preferred but not required.
